1. Date of enforcement

1.1 This regulation of ethics is enforced on January 1, 2004.

2. Ethical Practice Guidelines

In order to enable employees to practice ethical regulation thoroughly, ethical practices to be observed by employees in relation to money, entertainment, and reception are separately established and operated

3. Reward and Punishment

Employees who abide by the regulation of Ethics and who are devoted to the company's ethical management activities are rewarded and employees who violate the regulation of Ethics and Ethical Practice Guidelines are to be disciplined.

4. Consultation and Advice

Employees should consult with their officers or ethics practice department if they have any questions in interpreting or implementing ethical regulations and ethics practice guidelines.

5. Interpretation criterion

If there is any disagreement on the interpretation of ethics management activities, the interpretation and decision of the ethics department should be followed.

5. Relationship with other regulations

The regulation of Ethics, which is the basis of ethical management practices, takes precedence over other regulations in the company.
